The aim of this project is to design a type of housing scheme decide on the demographic on chosen site.
The design narrative is focusing on build up a mixed use neighborhood for artists and creaters by providing not just accommodation but a wide range of programs emply activities, function, spaces, people, building typologies and textures.
Daydream Span
The overall design based on study of the Maori/ Pasikika philosophy Te Taha, to create a design of a small private pod and a resort lounge.
The pod provides environment for yoga activities and its immediate garden that allows relaxation of mediation and reading. Resort lounge focusing on site context of water and tropical nature environment.
Four Seasons Resort
-This project involves design of a temporary festival event space in wellington, theme selected as nz fashion week 2019.
The purpose of this deisgn is to collect individuals into a particular interior condition, that is active, charged, performative, temporary and collective, in specific case, enables nz and international designers to showcase and promote their collections and brand.
NZFW/19:Bloom
A greenhouse shed growing food for domestic inhabitation within the wellington cbd, by occupying a tiny,seam space,to propose a “soft densificiation” for wellington.
Tiny Green
Through experiment on how different materials impact on lighting, to create an environment using suffient natural lighting with maximum comfort yet provide sensual effect to the space.
Office Redesign 1: Atomosphere
Public spaces will be a big focus in the project as they are the driver of social interactions. Through progress of create connectivity, mobility, mix of different culture background, and building memory of the space.

Utilise on the body as a design guide, create an architectural space informed by the body that captures an attitude.

Body
Offices are located at a slightly more isolated area on floor plan, this is to make sure it provides a private and quiet place for the staff, yet it’s still seen as an open space with bamboo, plastic screen as distraction block and sound insulations so it possibly maintains a working enviroment for staff workers when people walk through lobby space.
